Inês Narciso is an OSINT expert and Head of Information Integrity at Protect.NGO. She previously led digital investigations for the Portuguese Intelligence Services and advised Prime Minister António Costa on strategic communication. A founding board member of FIMI-ISAC and co-author of the Obsint Guidelines, she researches disinformation and digital ecosystems at ISCTE-IUL.
